You agree that you have reviewed the reservation and all guests full names and dates of birth match your passport exactly.

You understand that all payments submitted are via a PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION, not a live payment. Krafty Destination Weddings will process the payment to your reservation during business hours, M-F 9:30am-5:30pm.

All Inclusive Stay Pricing

We have secured a group travel rate with the resort for our guests. Minimum 4 night stay is required.

*Airfare and ground transportation NOT included. 

• Closest airport is Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)

Room Rates

• Room rates are quoted in US dollars, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation only.

• Additional charges may apply for extra guests.

• All reservations into this room block must be made directly with Krafty Destination Weddings via Classic Vacations. Room rates are based on a special event room block contract.

• Room assignment will be subject to hotel availability. Specific bedding types are not guaranteed.

• Group rates are valid with the minimum requirements of of FOUR (4) nights.

• Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.

• Any rooms requested outside of the room block dates or category will be subject to availability and rate at time of request.

• Rates include current Hotel & Government taxes and are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• $250 Due at time of reservation.

CANCELLATION SCHEDULE

• No penalty if canceled by March 19, 2026

• March 20-April 20, 2026, A penalty of 20% will apply.

• April 21-May 20, 2026, A penalty of 40% will apply.

• After May 21, 2026, Cancellation and No Shows will incur a penalty of 100%.

Connecting rooms are available as a king bed connected to a room with two queen beds:

Bed Type Availability:

Please note that the bed type (king or double) is subject to availability upon check-in. It is important to specify any special requests (such as preferred bed type) in the rooming list prior to arrival.

No Show Policy:

*100% of the stay will be charged if guest fails to check in at the hotel (no show)

Early Departures Policy:

*No refunds will be granted if guests depart before the reserved check out date

Incidentals: Individual guest accounts are payable at check-out by cash or credit card. In order to be able to access the ancillary services of the Hotel, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Hotel’s ancillary services. All accounts must be settled prior to departure.
