Registration

Here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:

  • The registration form is not a live booking, or a live payment.

  • The registration form will be received by our travel advisor, who will process the form and send the reservation to you for your approval before any payments are processed.

  • The registration form collects a payment authorization for when your trip deposit will be processed. It is not a live payment and will not process until you approve your reservation.

  • Only have 1 person from your room party make a room reservation listing all guests in the room using the form link below. (Please do not have multiple people in the same room fill out a form.)

  • We recommend groups of 2 reserve rooms for optimal comfort, but some rooms can accommodate up to 3 guests. The discount is very minimal.

  • Because this is an all inclusive resort, each traveler must be a registered guest, booked, paid for and included in the group guest list upon arrival.

  • Please know all guests exact names as they read on passports and dates of birth before registering.

  • IMPORTANT:  Please use your name as it appears on your passport.  If you do not have your passport yet, please use the full legal name (first/middle/last) as it will appear on your passport. Please include any Jr, Sr. etc. IF it is also showing on your passport.

  • Transportation to and from the airport will be arranged and offered for the wedding group once all guests are registered and arrival/departure times are known. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Punta Cana airport.

The CDC order requiring persons to show a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States, is rescinded, effective on June 12, 2022, at 12:01AM ET. This means that starting at 12:01AM ET on June 12, 2022, air passengers will not need to get tested and show a negative COVID-19 test result, nor show documentation of recovery from COVID-19, prior to boarding a flight to the United States, regardless of vaccination status or citizenship. Of note, CDC’s Order requiring proof of vaccination for noncitizen nonimmigrants to travel to the United States is still in effect. For more information, see Requirement for Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination for Air Passengers. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/before-you-go/covid-19_testing_required_US_Entry.html

Passports BOOKS Are Required for all travelers, even infant children.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel/before-you-go/travelers-checklist.html/

  • SAFEGUARD YOUR DOCUMENTS: Make two copies of all your travel documents in case of emergency. Leave one copy with a trusted friend or relative at home and carry the other separately from your original documents. To help prevent theft, do not carry your passport in your back pocket, and keep it separate from your money.

  • PASSPORT: Apply several months in advance for a new passport. If you already have one, it should be valid for at least six months after you return home and have two or more blank pages, depending on your destination. Otherwise, some countries may not let you enter.

    • CHILDREN’S PASSPORTS: Passports issued for children under age 16 are valid for only five years, not 10 years like adult passports. Check passport expiration dates carefully and renew early.

    • EUROPE TRAVEL VIA CANADA AND UK: Europe’s 26 Schengen countries strictly enforce the six-month validity rule. If you are transiting through Canada or the UK : which do not have that requirement : your passport must be valid at least six months, or airlines may not let you board your onward flight to Europe.

  • VISAS: You may need to get a visa before you travel to a foreign destination. Contact the embassy of the countries you will be visiting for more information.

  • MEDICATIONS: Some prescription drugs, including narcotics and some U.S. over-the-counter medications, are illegal in other countries. Check with the embassy of your destination(s) about regulations and documentation before you travel.

  • CONSENT FOR TRAVEL WITH MINORS If you are traveling alone with children, foreign border officials may require custody documents or notarized written consent from the other parent. Check with the embassy of your foreign destination before traveling to see what you may need.

  • INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT: Many countries do not recognize a U.S. driver's license, but most accept an International Driving Permit (IDP). You may also need supplemental auto insurance. Read more about driving and road safety abroad before you go.
